Okay, so not some of the most exciting pictures, but Dana and I were able to get away for a few days by ourselves to Philadelphia during Christmas break to attend one of Dana's conferences. (Much thanks to the in-laws for watching the little one!).

So, maybe this didn't turn out to be such a bad gift after all?
